Presently, the general services are available to all users that are subscribed with the bank’s Public Account regardless of having held an account with the bank. The general services will include the following buttons:

	About Us Displays various information about the bank and lists their contact details
	Registration Allows account holders to register for Account Related services through Viber banking.
	Branches Lists the location addresses for all available banking branches
	ATMs Lists the location addresses for all available Automatic Teller Machines
	Banking Hours Displays designated Normal Business/Transaction Hours and Extended Banking Hours at the bank’s branches
	Interest Rates Displays the current interest rates for various categories of loans and account types available to customers
	Notices Receive information on recent notices and updates published by the bank
	Forex Rates Allows users to check the Foreign Currency Exchange rates for the bank
	Products & Services Showcases the bank’s various products and service related information
	Promotion Provides information on various active offers and promotions from the bank
	Social Allows users to go to and connect with various social media presence of the bank
	Feedback Allows users submit their comments and feedbacks directly to the bank
	FAQs Displays answers to most Frequently Asked Questions for users

However, additional account related service are available to you if you have a bank account with us and are already registered for our Mobile Banking Service. You will have to register with your mobile number in Viber in order to be able to use the account related services.

Allows user know the current balance in their registered account

Mini Statement

Provides a mini statement of last few transactions taken place in the customer’s bank account
