With personal finance scheme, you will be able to borrow money to purchase household items. The following are the features of personal finance scheme.

• Eligibility: Professionals or Service holder having permanent service terms or contract basis at least covering the loan tenure and the employer should be in a position to provide an undertaking to transfer the fund to the Bank for EMI
• Purpose: For the purchase of household items, professional equipments, educational expenses, social events etc.
• Documents. Required: Income related documents, professional certificates viz. NMC Certificate for Doctors, NEC Certificate for Engineers and ICAN Certificate for CA and property related documents as detailed below.

• Eligibility: Existing Housing/Mortgage borrower who has serviced 12 EMI regularly.
• Purpose: For the purchase of household items, professional equipments, educational expenses, social events etc.
• LTV ratio: to be maintained at 90% of the distress value for total exposure, 100% in case the valuation date is 6 months or earlier.

• Eligibility: Medical Doctors with MD Degree and 3 years of practice, sufficient cash flow to service EMI
• Purpose: For the financing of Medical Equipment
• Target: Medical Doctors registered in NMC
• Margin: 30% of quotation price of equipment and price of equipment to be verified by Bank personnel
• Other documents required: Detailed below
• CIC Charge: on actual basis.

• Income from foreign employment can also be considerd subject to submission of relevant documents viz. valid passport/visa, work permit, salary certificate from the employer, recent pay slip/bank account statement etc
