Loan Documentation Fee

NPR 1,500 upto NPR 1 million loan

NPR 3,000 upto NPR 10 million loan

NPR 5,000 above NPR 10 million loan

Prepayment Fee: 2% of amount prepaid before 1 year
1% of amount prepaid after 1 year

Partial payment allowed after 1 year only

Service Charge: 1% of loan amount up front

Age Criteria for co-applicant is 21 years at the time of application received and not older than 75 years at loan maturity
